METHODS OF PAYMENT: We accept cash, check, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover.

TERMS OF SALE: Floor Inventory orders must be paid in full before delivery is arranged.

EXCHANGES AND RETURNS:
Floor Sales: Merchandise on the sales floor may be returned for exchange or refund with the following conditions:
• The item is returned in its original condition with the original invoice. This includes but is not limited to no signs of wear and tear and no scratches, dents, stains, pet hair, smoke damage, or missing parts.
• The return is made within seven days of purchase.
• When the item is purchased as a gift and it is so stated at the time of purchase, the return period ends thirty days after purchase.
• We do not return the delivery fee and a small restocking fee may be assessed.
As-Is and Clearance Sales: Merchandise sold “As-Is” or “Clearance” may not be returned.
 Please note that our indoor furniture
will be either cartonized or blanket wrapped in order to prevent damage to the furniture and your home when
delivering. Our delivery team is experienced and professional and will take every precaution necessary to ensure there is no damage done to the furniture or your home. It is the responsibility of the customer to consider the dimensions of
the furniture being ordered in relation to doorway size and the pathway our delivery team will need to take to get your furniture in place at your home. We are not responsible for damages to walls, woodwork or moulding that result from
our delivery team. Our delivery team reserves the right to deny delivery if they determine delivery cannot be completed without serious risk of damage to the customer's home or furniture.
